To start the return process for your order, please contact us via the e mail form below stating your order number and reason for return, or write to us directly at casharauk@gmail.com.
How do I return an item?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields below on the contact.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- They must be in original condition.
- In the original packaging.
Are there any charges for returning an item?
- There are no charges to return an item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the costs of sending the item back.
- If you received free delivery (as part of an offer, or qualifying spend) but would like to return the item/items, our standard £2.95 delivery charge will be deducted from the total refund.
How soon will I get my refund?
- You must return your item to Cashara within 10 days of the approval being granted.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
